About Us
SST Motors Limited (formerly Martins Mechanical Services) is owned and operated by Simon and Sonia Thomas.
Simon is a professionally qualified vehicle technician with over twenty years of experience in the motor trade, from vehicle technician to managerial roles. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge in many areas – from the restoration of Jensens to in-depth experience of the latest Jaguar, Aston Martin, BMW and Mini technologies.
Qualifications and professional training includes:
• City and Guilds Part 1, 2 and 3 in Motor Vehicle Studies
• Tracker Trained
• Jaguar trained – Simon has been working with the JLR product since 1997
• BMW Service Technician (TI)
• Aston Martin DB7 Service Technician
• Air Conditioning Servicing
• Ongoing BMW/Mini TI Training
• Renault Service Technician
• Windscreen Fitment
• Four Wheeler Alignment (KDS)
• Ongoing BMW Customer Service Training
Sonia is responsible for service bookings, customer relations and accounting, using our cloud-based Autowork garage management software. Please call Sonia to arrange your service, or other vehicle care requirements. For Jaguar servicing in Banbury, you can be assured of our commitment to excellent service and customer care.

Now rebranded as SST Motors
After taking over the Martins Mechanical Services business in 2019, Simon and Sonia Thomas of SST Motors Ltd have now established a reputation for friendly and reliable service (see our Facebook reviews).
So it’s now time to phase out the ‘old’ MMS / Martins Mechanical Services company name to be replaced by SST Motors Ltd.
Don’t worry – SST Motors is still owned and operated by Simon and Sonia – so you’ll still receive the excellent service that you have become accustomed to.
Under New Management!
As of March 2019 Martins Mechanical Services is under new management. The company is now owned and run by Simon and Sonia Thomas of SST Motors Limited, who will continue trading as Martins Mechanical Services.
As an Independent Jaguar Servicing Specialist we can take care of your prized Jaguar, whether new or ‘classic’. We can of course cover all other makes of car – please contact us for all your servicing, repairs and maintenance needs.
